Terroir

The vines are planted in shallow calcareous soil where limestone gravel mixes with brown clay on the surface. The village is located in a valley that errs on cold and windy and is characterised by very steep, clay-limestone, stony soils. Most frequently south-facing, these slopes offer excellent geological qualities.
