This "Climat"

In Aloxe Corton, this climate is located in a slightly humid hollow valley where wicker trees grew whose flexible branches are used to make links to attach the vines and for basketry works.

Tasting

Appearance : deep ruby red Bouquet : elegant and powerful in a complex floral style, spicy with notes of red and black fruits such as raspberry, strawberry, cherry and also blackcurrant. In the mouth : full-bodied, deep and distinguished with a beautiful generous structure supported by notes of red fruits, spices and melted tannins.

Terroir

Located below the Grands Crus "Corton Les Bressandes", this climate is mid-slopes with a South/South East exposure. The slope is gentle with fresh soil made up of numerous screes retaining humidity. This clay-limestone soil is composed of clay on the surface, brown limestone pebbles in depth and marl.
