This "Climat"

Its name comes from the hawthorn, a thorny shrub with white flowers that previously covered this plot.

Tasting

Appearence : Pale yellow with brilliant tints. Bouquet : Complex nose of toasted hazelnut, vanilla, flint and linden. In the mouth : Full and balanced with hints of almond paste. A nice freshness and minerality on the finish.
