This Climat's name comes from the old Les Perrières quarry, which is hidden by the Château de Corton Grancey.

Tasting

Appearance: Ruby with garnet tints Bouquet: Elegant, subtle and delicate with a pleasing complexity combining nutmeg and pepper notes In the mouth: fresh, complex with silky tannins and pleasantly long in the mouth, ample and round with cherry and liquorice flavours. Very fresh finish with silky tannins, harmonious and full of delicacy.
