This "Climat"

"Morgeot" is based on the Gallic word "Morga", which means "border, frontier". The "Morgeot" Climat is located on the border between the Côte d'Or and Saône-et-Loire départements.

Tasting

Appearance: Very attractive pale gold Bouquet: Delicate and subtle, notes of honey, vanilla, almond and fresh hazelnuts with a floral hint of broom and hawthorn and pear fruitiness. In the mouth: Rich with notes of hawthorn, honey and pear, spicy with peppery notes, saline finish.

Situated halfway up the slope this Climat is formed of soil that is predominantly clay and limestone.
